"Andrew did a fantastic job finding the source of my wet basement. We thought it was a faulty water heater initially based on location of water. However, after inspecting the water heater, he discovered the water softener discharge lines came loose and where spraying water during recharge. "I had just purchased a house with water supplied from a well. The iron content and hardness of the water is very high. I run aquariums so I had performed my own water tests. They came out, analyzed the water, and confirmed my own tests. They installed an iron filter, water softener, carbon filter, and (my own supplied) UV system. They were quick to perform the job and were very thorough. The installation looks great, and the water is clear and doesn't leave a residue anymore.
