"I had my lawn treated on July 1. I have been disappointed as I have a lot of weeds and crabgrass etc throughout my yard as well as a lot of brown spots. My sprinkler runs every other day and I only cut grass every 7 days and have the mower set at ~3.5. I spoke to the technician Aaron today and he said treating lawns have been a challenge this year. With the dry weather last year and wet spring they now have changed treatment for the lawns. He did offer to come back with that tx. We get a lot of phone calls trying to upscale your services and it is frustrating when the current services are not meeting my lawns needs."

However, they took the time to lay a road of composite material to minimize damage to the yard, cut down large trees next to the home and fence w/o damage, and removed the stumps thoroughly. That later step is what many companies fail to accomplish – which makes it difficult to grow grass afterwards. Once the tree work was done, he and his crew spread top soil and laid sod. Overall the yard looks good – but time will if/how much settling will occur. If you need trees removed and want it done right in a timely manner – give Dave a call."
