He was not the pushy sales guy but explained our options and let us decide on which system we preferred in our new home. We decided to purchase a whole home water softener/purification system. I was out of town during the installation, and my wife was there for the installation of the system which was done during our move in week. She did not remember all the details of the system after installation due to all the chaos related to moving. Approximately six weeks after the system was installed, I called Adrian and asked if he could come back to our home and give me a tutorial of the system operation and its equipment since this was our first time owning this type of system. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."
