"I am very pleased with the whole experience. I spoke with Kyle on the phone to set up service. My parents home needed 3 rooms of carpet cleaned (several stained areas) and 2 sofas done. He gave me a quote and set up service date quickly. He texted when he was on his way. He did a wonderful job! The couches look like new and the carpets turned out great. "My house was in desperate need of cleaning(4 bedroom, 3.5 bath). My inquiry to the service for a quote was answered very quickly, and they came out for the estimate the next day I was available. On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. I was delighted and decided to use them monthly, I hope it is the same crew every time. (English is not their primary language, you will need to listen carefully and speak clearly.)"

"Geralda came with her team the first time and worked over two hours. After that, A team of 2/3 folks did the cleaning on a little over an hour. I travel frequently, and though I have cleaning once a month, she works with me on dates! Good workers!"

"Bill called me back immediately and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived promptly and took extra pains not to get the carpet dirty (snowy outside).
