Premier Performance Carpet Cleaning

Jason did a great job, after the initial reach out, Jason was quick to respond and work with me to ensure I was getting the best service for my needs. The carpet was very stained, and after Jason arrived, shortly later it was AMAZING! Looked like a brand new carpet, and had a clean smell! Jason was very prompt arriving right on time, very personal and welcoming. They took great care of me and my carpet, will certainly use again! Thanks Premier Performance for cleaning the carpets!

We used Premier Performance to have our carpets cleaned in January 2023. I was almost hesitant to get them cleaned, even though it's recommended by the carpet manufacturer, because other carpet cleaning companies have tended to be rough on the carpets and sometimes leave a film afterwards (kind of crunchy). We just got new carpet 18 months prior and splurged for high end, extra plush. Jason at Premier called back within a day or so of getting our request through Angi, talked all about the types of products they use and asked questions about the type of carpet we have so that he could make sure to be prepared when arriving. He got us in within a week, arrived on time, was knowledgeable about his work and was probably the most enthusiastic person I've ever met when talking about carpets and carpet cleaning :) As far as I could tell it was a job well done. Carpet remained soft after cleaning and smelled clean with no stains. Would recommend!

Jason was amazing! He was very detailed in his explanation of the process (even provided us pictures of the steps). Our carpets look amazing because of him!

We’ve had Jason and team out for 15+ years when we lived in Powell at our condo and now to our home in Canal Winchester. He’s cleaned carpets, furniture/upholstery, and air ducts! I love having him out to thoroughly clean our house. Always a job well done with a great attitude.

The auditorium at our church was recently re-carpeted and we're trying to preserve it as long as possible. Between weekly meals and coffee spills on Sunday mornings, our carpet was in desperate need of cleaning despite it's newness. Jason has cleaned our carpets twice now and we will be hiring him on a regular basis. He's a friendly guy who does a great job and we're glad we found him!

My Berber carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 12 years: children, sick pets, culminating in a minor disaster (an entire gallon jug of apple cider fermented and exploded in a bookbag left by my child before we went away for a week fall 2017.... I just wanted to give up on it. After a time I decided to see what a pro could actually do and landed on Premier. Long story short, the horrifying stain is gone and my carpet looks fantastic. Jason came back twice to keep working on the stain, which was profoundly set in the Berber. Combination of classic cleaning, followed by deep cleaning, followed by specific treatment for the last of the organic stain. So engaging and informative, with a genuine desire and ability to do great work. I'm looking forward to having Premier come back in 6 months as this fresh carpet look is really lifting my spirits!

This is a wonderful company. Jason is quick to respond to all requests for service and often comes prepared to do the work when he comes to give the estimate. He provides very thorough service and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The quality of his work is excellent and this is the 3rd time we've used them to clean our carpets. We had a dog so there were some tough stains in the carpet but they all came out! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet or hard surface cleaning. On a previous visit, they cleaned my ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and my floor looked brand new. It was amazing!

I was very impressed with the superior customer service I received from this company.  From having a real person, the owner, answer the phone the first time I called, to working me in that day (I had company arriving and forgot to call in advance), to offering me several extra free services/gifts (a rug was done for free, spot-cleaning solution was given for free, etc), to doing a thorough job with the steam cleaning, I will definitely use this company again.  They were careful to pad doorways so the hose wouldn't scratch the wood trim, they were courteous and friendly, they took their time addressing pet stains and high traffic areas.  We've had many different carpet cleaners over the years, but this carpet cleaning company provided extra personal attention to detail.  They took their time and didn't rush the job, either.

He is professional and very personal. Jason makes a point of fitting us in within a few days or sooner for for spills or carpet emergencies. His prices are reasonable and we enjoy working with him. We have used him many times and he was even able to clean up a flood in our basement, saving our carpet! Jason is highly recommended by our family.

Did a great job! Very knowledgable and thorough. Great people skills. Prompt and responsive. really cares about providing excellent service .took extra time. Great results.

That meant the carpet was damp for some time after.  We had moved the furniture so he didn't have to do that.  He was punctual and professional.  I think he mentioned his was a small company.  I would prefer a dry cleaning approach, which I hae used before.

I missed the expiration date due to flooding and other damage at my new location.  He would not even talk to me about giving me a discount on other services by his company.  He just said, "Man, I'm sorry, but I can't help you."  This is not the type of company I'd ever want to do business with.  No desire to assist...his attitude was like:  "you just lost your money dude...sorry 'bout that!" Very unprofessional.  |

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. My carpets have been here for six years and this was the first time I've had them cleaned. He was able to do a really good job. The carpet is fraisse so it is taller than a lot of shag carpet. He was able to fluff it back up so it looks like it did when we moved in so it was great. He was very conscientious. He did a good job and he was reasonable. I paid additional because I asked him to clean a couple of chairs. He came a week after I called. I've already recommended him.

We used an Angie's List Big Deal to have 2 bedrooms, a dining room and a hallway cleaned.  He was able to get out most spots (except the two dyed spots), steam cleaned, Scotchguarded, and sanitized the carpet.  He was very professional.

Premier arrived at my home in a timely manner. My carpets were cleaned very well and thoroughly. Premier performed as well as expected and I was very pleased.
