"We actually found them on Angie’s List because they were highly rated. They mail us the stuff with instructions and we have to install it ourselves. I probably wouldn’t do that if I had to do it again. My wife called the guy up and he was real helpful and she installed all the sensors incorrectly, so we had to redo the whole thing. They were responsive when we called up, and they replaced some of the damaged ones, but it was a little less than completely satisfying. The price is good. They don’t have 24 hour coverage. I remember that we had some questions when we were trying to set it up and we called and no one answered. I don’t know if they have an alarm emergency number."
