Were quite happy with our new deck and pergola. It was completed over the expected timeframe and the builder followed the expected payment schedule in the contract.

Did a basement finish. Excellent work. Had some issues that came up but is rectifying them.

Such a nice crew to work with. James and Kyle were both informative and willing to spend the time not only doing a great job but keeping me updated. They created a beautiful bathroom and left everything clean as can be! I would 100% recommend them and hire them again.

I have quotes from several potential contractors. I ended up signing the contract with Jim because he appeared to be honest and did not employ pressure tactics to secure the job. His quote was also in line with my estimate based on material and job duration. Jim did not try to oversell materials or services. Jim and his two young assistances were professional and courteous. The project was only slowed down due to the unpredictable spring weather.

This crew of really great guys is the only way to fly!!! From beginning to end, they are on the mission! They also do a great job of cleaning up! Give them a shot at it and you will not be disappointed!!!

Did a decent job finish our basement? Some areas were great and in other areas, they cut corners. However, given the price we were pleased with the outcome.

Jim and his team were hard working. They were timely. Any changes that were needed were run by me before they were completed. Jim and his team held to their timelines as well. Had a difficulty at the end getting siding colors to match up, but Jim did an excellent job completing the job in a sufficient amount of time. Will definitely be calling him again for my next home project.

Horrible experience, Jim the owner never obtained permits for fence or deck, the city of Streetsboro caught up with him and he had to pay double for permits after the fact, I wouldnt wish this man on my worst enemy. The quality of the work was horrible. Dont believe his so called 3 year guaranteed warranty because he voids it for unsubstantiated reasons. He sends workers who have no idea what they are doing. He also complained many times of having money issues even though he was extremely busy.

jim is very good to do business with, honest and reliable, and responsive. Jim completed a family room, bedroom, and full bath in our basement. the work is very good and Jim and his guys worked every day . he kept his word about the time it would take and explained things along the way. all of the guys were polite and respectful of the property. I would hire him again and I recommend him for sure.

The short and simple review: While I do have some minor issues with the work that was done - ultimately, I would hire CFC Builders again. Jim and his team did a good job and addressed any issues I called out in a timely manner and without fuss. The longer review: I hired CFC to restore/re-finish my previously finished basement office after I had the sewage line replaced. I received several quotes and CFC was the least expensive option even with all material costs included in the quote - including flooring, paint, ceiling, etc - many of the other quotes I received did not include those things and were *still* 10-20% more expensive. The following is the job I requested: 1. Frame, drywall, and cap new half walls around perimeter of the room. 2. Prime and paint all walls. 3. Level the basement floor and install new vinyl plank flooring and trim. 4. Tear out existing drop ceiling and replace with new 2x2 grid and tiles. 5. Install 4 can ceiling lights with light switch control. 6. Install door and frame at entryway to room. Initially I was told the job would take about a week - however, that quickly turned into two weeks, and even had a couple of short visits the next week after that to address some minor issues. This was not a problem for me because I am lucky enough to work from home and did not have an urgent need for this space to be completed. Overall I am pleased with the finished room. There are some minor issues that I feel could have been done better - for example, a few of the vinyl planks were very slightly damaged during installation, as well as a couple of dings on some ceiling tiles (though those appeared to have been damaged from the store, not during installation) - but these are very minor cosmetic issues and not anything to get worked up over as far as Iâ m concerned. Additionally, Jim (the owner) offered to address each of these issues to make sure I was happy, and I did have him come back to make a few adjustments. All in all, while I am still quite happy with the finished product and I would recommend them - CFC may not be the best choice if you are an absolute perfectionist and/or on a tight schedule. You canâ t beat the price though.

Jim and the crew at CFC did an outstanding job on my basement remodel! They accommodated a lot of custom soundproofing requests and I couldn't be happier with the final product!

Price, quality, speed. When shopping for anything you can expect one of these, possibly 2. Cfc builders gave me the best price and did an amazing job. They took about three weeks to build our deck, though some of this was because of rain. He had 2-3 guys working Monday through Friday and I never felt like they were rushed or cut corners.

Our completed deck is so much more than we expected! We LOVE it!!!

They started on time, worked every day until completion and finished on budget. No surprises. Our basement remodel looks great Jim and his people were all very professional and competent. They paid a great deal of attention to details and were very much interested in us being more than satisfied with the job. They were always willing to make little changes along the way to make something look greater than very nice. In our case, they added some finish trim around some windows that made them really "pop". Everyone that was here was very courteous and respectful of us, our time and our home. We recommend CFC very highly and hope that if you have a project you will be lucky enough to be get CFC to do your work.
