Completed work included: Installation, City inspection and approval, Electrician for the dedicated line for the sump pump and finished with concrete. I was responsible for having the plumber come in to disconnect and reinstall hot water tank and laundry tub. Quite a big job that went very smoothly."

The woman I spoke with was very understanding and agreed to let me catch up on the warranty and sent someone out the same day to take care of the whole mess and replace our sump pump with a brand new one. There was no hassle at all, and everyone I encountered was so helpful. In the five years since I've had nothing but positive experiences with them as well. UPDATE 01/07/2018: They've been great. I highly recommend keeping up with their yearly warranty. It's affordable and doesn't go up yearly like I've heard other companies do. We had to have them out recently when our drainage system got clogged and they stood by the warranty and provided friendly and fast service with no additional hidden costs."
