My husband is one of those guys that likes to put things off until it becomes an emergency. The bath tub leak wasn't just a drip any more it was streaming out. There was no access panel to the faucet. Instead of taking out the sink and cutting a hole on the other side of the wall to access the plumbing like all the other plumbers wanted to do Y2K cut a hole in the tub surround replaced the fixtures and put on a nice chrome plate to match the fixtures.. Completed it in one day. It was a little pricey but they came right away and it looks nice.

John showed up after a short service request, and repaired evreything that needed to be done. He even detected a few other problems and fixed those as well. His service is proceeded by his great knowledge and willingness to get the job done on time and at a reasonable price. Friendly hometown service. I use John for rental repairs. Sometimes on a short notice.

Y2K came to my house just an hour after I called and cleaned the main soil stack in our house. Because of the age of the house John advised me on what type of system we had, what to expect, and how to deal with it. Excellent service!
