I made some calls to plumbers in the area, but Dion responded and was at my house first thing in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem, communicate it clearly - sending a plethora of photos and videos, and recommend a clear solution. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. He even went above and beyond to diagnose some other potential plumbing issues in my basement to monitor. He then got me connected with a restoration company that was able to come out and give an estimate on repairs - all before lunch time.
