"Very professional people working for this business... from the salesperson who came to explain the whole process to the installer. The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet."

"They were very professional and thorough. I did think their prices were a little high, though."

"All went fine. Plumber had to come and anchor water softener tanks. All is well in that department."

"everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!"
