"The technician, Mike, has done a great job of trying various things to get our GE Profile refrigerator working smoothly again. Prior to having Rippe Brothers come out, we had a GE company technician come out and he was worthless. He told us to empty the entire fridge/freezer and leave it unplugged for at least 48 hours and insinuated that we were idiots for not having known to do that. Well, others have said that's the stupidest thing they've ever heard. It obviously didn't work, so we called Rippe Brothers. Over the 3 visits, Mike has done several hours of research on various GE websites and they didn't share any ways to fix what's wrong with ours. Mike did replace another part today and we'll see if this works. We thanked Mike for all of his efforts! Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm!"
