My heater which is a heat pump was not working very well. Zach came by and did a very good inspection and found some wires that had come loose! Any other company would have got me to replace the whole hvac system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Repair call and service

I had Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning come to my house due to our upstairs AC unit not working properly. They determined my unit could not be fixed and quoted 3 options for new AC/Furnace units ranging from $8,500 - $13,500. Due to the price, I told them I would have another company come to quote. Owner called me to tell me that their schedule was booking up and that nobody offered the same quality as they did. The other company I called showed up to my house within 30 minutes and said all I needed was a new capacitor. Net result was I paid $185 to get my AC working again. I don't think I'll be using Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning when I do need a new system.

We called Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning when we experienced uneven temperature in a rental property. They responded next day before the cold weather came in. Elliot was able to quickly identify the problem. He took the time to inform us of our options and what will be the best for our situation. He helped us to adjust the air flow to minimize the uneven temperature and to improve the comfort level without charge. We will certainly use Cincinnati HVAC for future improvement.

I called Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning to give me a second opinion on a cracked heat exchanger reported to me by a tech from Schneller/Knochelman. Cameron came out and thoroughly checked out the unit and informed me it was fine. CO levels normal. Not the 600+ ppm reported to me by the other tech. Even better than finding out I didn't need a new furnace or expensive repair there was NO CHARGE for a second opinion! Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning get my business going forward. They rock!

Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning is our #1 HVAC contractor. No question. We have a Carrier Geothermal system which was installed several years ago. It developed a major defect which is rare for these systems. Usually a system like ours should last at least 30 years with no major issue. We hired initially hired another HVAC company to inspect our unit. The tech from the other company clearly had no idea what he was doing. We decided to look for another HVAC inspector. We called up Cincinnati HVAC. They responded in a timely manner and even better, they actually knew what they were doing. Elliot was able to isolate the problem & provided helpful insight on the best way to work with the original contractor with whom we have the warranty for repairs. Cincinnati HVAC will be the first company we call in the future. Don’t waste your time like we did by calling another HVAC company. These guys actually know what they are doing.

The replacement of our 15 year old HVAC system went well. Pricing was competitive with others and customer service was great. There were a couple of issues we brought up regarding the installation and Elliot addressed them immediately. We are very pleased with the system installed, and will use Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning for service and other needs. Elliot is very honest and all involved were very courteous, especially regarding COVID 19 precautions and concerns.

I was wary of doing business with an outfit so young, but impressed with the values they were striving to meet. What company mentions anything about the importance of kindness on its website? The company may be fairly new but the owner seems to have grown up in the HVAC business. He knows the industry and is honest. I'm sure they will be around for a long time. They deal in Trane furnaces that seem to be better some of the others. The workmen were courteous and professional. They cleaned after themselves. I am 69 nine years old and not expect to need another furnace, but when the a/c goes in a couple of years, I will not need Angie's List. I'll know who to call.

They had all of the necessary parts with them and were able to quickly make the necessary repairs. They were able to schedule the job for within one day after a very hot holiday weekend. I am very satisfied with the service I received!

Went perfectly

I started my search on Thursday evening and within an hour of finishing my search someone from the company called us. Fixed furnace on Saturday by "squeezing" us in before his first appointment.

The installation of two supply runs went very well. The location of the installation was in a tough spot but they made it look great! They were prompt in responding to a request for quote and the crew they sent to the house was professional and personable.

They offered affordable same day service. A knowledgeable technician came to inspect our water heater. Turns out the flue water lose but no leak detected. The technician was helpful and did a throughout inspection of gas hook ups.

Elliot quickly responded to my request on Angie's List. He was prompt to schedule a time to come to our home and ***** our needs. He did a very thorough job taking measurements and proposing a system to meet our needs. His proposal for both a new Trane heatpump system and a new water heater was very reasonable so we accepted his proposal. He was able to schedule the installation for the next day! Josh and Lance arrived early the next morning prepared to install our new systems. They were very professional and friendly and did an exceptional job. Josh made sure we understood how our thermostat worked and how to care for our Aprilaire air filter. I highly recommend Elliot and his crew with Cincinnati Heating and AC! I also recommend a Trane system. It's miles above our old system. It runs so quiet that my wife thought it had stopped working until I held her and next to the vent so she could feel the air. :-)
