Small jobs welcome

"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"Bryan completed a partial kitchen remodel in our 155-year-old house, and my wife and I are very pleased with the results, and with the entire process. As an architect, I know from experience that it's incredibly difficult to find a contractor who has fair prices, does quality work, communicates clearly, AND works with subcontractors who are equally capable and professional. Thankfully we found that person in Bryan. We would gladly hire him again (in fact, we've already hired him for additional work!) and would absolutely recommend him to others."

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
