"Wow, this was a short review but a good one. This client contacted us after his original contractor who was building a patio roof disappeared on him and did not return to the job. Unfortunately, we found that this contractor did not get the required building permits for the project. Additionally, the structure which was almost 50% built was completely wrong. The roofing structure was attached to the home incorrectly. The concrete footers were only 12 inches in the ground instead of 32 and the diameter of each footer which was supposed to be 20 inches in diameter was 12 inches in diameter at best. "A good rating but I am confused about the service rating of three stars. Phone calls and text messages were made to the customer advising the customer about delays because of rain. We were consistently told no problem. Of course, I cannot control the weather. The start date of the project was as promised. This is not the first time that people have been somewhat disappointed about the timeliness of a project. For some reason Clients, Cold rain delays us. Very nice man and I enjoyed working with him. But truly do not understand three stars for service."

"Not every job goes as planned. The client's roof was very bad and required all the roof wood decking to be removed and replaced. This meant the crew was working up on the roof on the roof rafters as they replaced the roof sheeting. Unfortunately, a hammer was dropped and caused ceiling drywall damage in one of the closets. Of course, as the Client noted, P&G fixed the damage the very next day by replacing the drywall and completing the drywall finishing, etc."
