"We needed two sliding glass patio doors replaced on the back wall of our home.  One of three panels and the other of two.  It took about 10 weeks to from order date to installation, which was longer than I had hoped.  However, once the installation was scheduled, the crew was on time, friendly and professional and cleaned up after the installation quite well.  They had the entire job done within four hours!  When cleaning them later that week, I noticed a couple of small dirt inclusions between the panes and a slight scratch on the surface of one panel.  I called Radiant Windows and they quickly agreed to replace that panel at no charge.  That installation again went well.  We've had no problems since with the doors, which look beautiful, function well and we particularly enjoy looking through clear glass!!  We would certainly call Radiant Windows again for any window replacement needs we may have in the future.

"Overall, Wallside Windows did a good job (but there is room for improvement). Major upside of going with Wallside was promotional 0% interest loan for 6 years. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, replacing all the windows in a 7-hour period. However, the cost of such speed was large, obvious caulk lines on the exterior of the windows / new aluminum (too large of lines for my taste, could have been much neater lines), and left behind debris (e.g., at least 20 pieces of glass, screws, aluminum material). I would hire Wallside again, but would like them to consider hiring one additional person for cleanup so install crew can focus more on installing and cleanup person can continuously pick up old materials during the process."

Initially we were shocked with the quoted price, but after careful consideration, we realized that this is the cost of the products and service we wanted. It is an investment in our home, and one that we will enjoy for years to come. We got to fully customize the shower (walk-in, w/ oversized glass doors, bench, shaving bar, shelves). Our sales person was excellent at providing assistance on what colors matched together. Mad City tore the old shower out, moved the plumbing to come out a different wall, moved the location of the exhaust fan, and replaced the fan/light fixture). The project took 2 full days to complete. After the installation was finished, all construction dust was vacuumed and cleaned up by the installation man. The final project was more then we ever dreamed of."
