He promoted a free accessory with the furnace purchase, offering options like a Whole House Humidifier, which we discussed specifically for our downstairs unit. After installation, we found that the humidifier was missing and instead received an April Aire Merv-11 filter, which was never mentioned. When we contacted Cameron, he claimed we misunderstood and refused to resolve the issue without extra charges. Customer service was unaware of the filter and kept confusing it with the humidifier. Despite escalating the issue to management, they sided with Cameron and refused to honor the promotion. Logan Services’ failure to resolve the issue and their unprofessional handling have led us to decide we will not do business with them again."

Having been encouraged by my experience I requested pricing to replace a non functioning zone valve and modification to the zone. I was told that someone would get back to me the following week. Monday of the 2nd week I called their office and informed them I had not been contacted. I was told this would be looked into and someone would return my call. A second week has now passed and I have not heard a word from World Class Services. I feel, at a minimum, a company representative should have reached out to communicate their willingness or ability to address my needs. I find it infuriating when companies claim to do things that they don’t and then don’t have the gumption to say so. The 2 star rating is not for the service that has been done but for that which hasn’t."
