I contacted Randal for a pre-winter inspection of the garage doors and openers he had installed 9 years ago.

He offered to come out the next morning (Saturday), but I wasn't available till Tuesday morning. He was right on time, and showed me where one of the door opener motors was in the process of gradually stripping a gear; which would have shut it down in another month or so of use.

He had the part on his truck, and replaced the gear mechanism.

Randal provides prompt, expert service, and is personable and courteous. I'd highly recommend him.

He really knows his business. He explained the construction of the door, including the insulation factor, and the way it was built to maximize strength. He had plenty of pictures of the options we could choose from. There wasn't a question he couldn't readily answer. He knows all about openers as well, and is well-versed in the quality provided by various companies, and how mergers and acquisitions have affected the quality of the openers. We have used him in the past for repairs such as broken springs. He always shows up on time and does what he promises.

Outstanding! Called on Monday, got an appointment for Wednesday morning (it wasn't an emergency). He showed up right on time, diagnosed a broken spring, replaced the springs, lubricated, and inspected the rest of the door opener . . . all in about 40 minutes. Very professional, very personable. Highly recommended.

It went well. Fabulous work! The garage is now insulated and will stay warm. He was prompt, professional and easy to work with. He saved me a ton of money.

I called the Door Doctor, explained the situation, and he came to the house immediately. He had the necessary supplies in his truck and was able to install the new cable. I made my doctor's appointment just in time, thanks to the Door Doctor.

I asked the Door Doctor to return the next day to reposition the door motor as well as and quot;fine tuneand quot; other things with the door that could eventually lead to problems. Total cost the 2nd day: $109.00. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that he called me the following week to check that everything was working well with the garage door.

You know what they come right out and fix the problem. They don't try to over sell you. They don't try to get you replace things that don't need to be replaced.

I called The Door Doctor at 4:30 pm and he arrived within an hour. I
had a broken spring on an 8 foot garage door and the other spring was
11-13 years old. Randall was very professional and explained to me what
was wrong with the door and what needed to be fixed. He replaced 2 springs
and made some minor adjustments to the door. I have used The Door

Randy was here whitin the hour I called. The old opener had the gear teeth all riped off. decided to go with new opener. randy installed the opener in a very professional manner and cleaned up and hauled away the old opener. A very excellent company to do business with

I couldn't get my car out of my garage because of the problem with the track. I called the company at 9 AM on Saturday.The company promised that they would come out between 2 and 4 PM the same day and earlier if possible. They showed up before noon and had the problem fixed within a half hour. It was excellent customer service at a very reasonable price.

The door doctor was very prompt, efficient and very thorough. He really knows his stuff! He did a great job, and we are very pleased with his work.

Randall needed to put in a whole new system and provided two new remote openers along with putting our remote
openers that are factory installed in our vehicles in cink with the new opener. He completely cleaned everything
up before he left. He is honest and makes me totally comfortable with him working here.

My experience with the Door Doctor went well. I have worked with them several times and have been pleased with the service and products that they use.

Arrived on time, Took the time to introduce himself. Asked to see the problem. Discussed what was needed to replace the door spring and the cost involved in the spring, and fixing the damage to the door and the track.
He checked the opener and stated it was quite old but it could last another ten years or could go out tomorrow. He said he would be glad to lubricate the chain and check for any potential problems. I ask about the cost of a new opener and he gave me several options (Chain, screw,or belt.)
I chose the lift master but kept the old opener for possible donation.
He cleaned up before he left and gave me his card and stated to call if there was any problems at all.
You can barely hear the door go up or down and the security pad outside allows for better security when I am away

He came to do an estimate the day we called. He was prompt and professional. Helped us decide which style and color of door to choose. He was able to install new door that week. Very happy with the outcome!

One garage door spring broke in this morning, I called The Door Doctor at 12:15 PM. The technician arrived at 12:35. The repair was complete (both springs replaced, door adjusted, etc.) by 1:15. This was even with me talking with the technician as he was working.
The price was only $50 more than the same work performed 9 years ago. I could not be happier with The Door Doctor, the work that they do, and the price.
