"This family company is very professional, knowledgeable, skilled & detailed. Any other great adjectives also! Very careful, polite, on time and willing to communicate with you! Our Honey Locust had been hit by lightening a few years ago. This spring my husband noticed part of the lower trunk bark missing. Carpenter ants had infested it and this huge tree of ours might have fallen onto our home at some point. We decided that it had to be removed, found Adams & Sons Tree Service & hired them after they came out to look at our tree. They assured us that they could do the job of removal, clean up, etc . No damage was done to our home or other trees nearby. Just an awesome job done by them! Totally pleased! They showed up exactly when we expected them to. Ten stars instead of 5!!!!!"

I immediately made Alex aware of the issue, and he said he?d come fix it. He never communicated a specific day, and when he finally said he was planning to come, I let him know I had a renter that day. After additional follow ups from me, he sent a quote for nearly $1,000 more to ?fix? the driveway by rolling and compacting it, which is the exact work that should have been done the first time. I had already paid several thousand dollars for a fresh driveway, so being asked to pay extra just to have the job done correctly was surprising and frustrating. I asked if we could meet in the middle on the added cost, and never heard back."
