Buschurs removed an old screened-in patio and replaced it with a beautiful new three Season room. This required them to demolish the old room and remove the old concrete and replace it with new concrete. We also had additional concrete work done with the addition of a nice patio. We often hear people say "I didn't know they made them like that". It is that much different and that much nicer than the old style V and W pan awnings from 50 years ago that companies still offer. We have bigger posts and beams, for BIGGER spans and a more open unit. Our gutter is moved off the end of the pan allowing room to clean leaves and debris without removing the gutter or getting a coat hanger to clean it out.
