In and out in about 35 minutes. Blair and Blake came to do cleaning. Not impressed looked the same after cleaned. They did living room ,small bedroom and hallway,charged $159.00. They were friendly but would not call again. Rented rug doctor for $35 dollars for 24 hours did same job as they did. Carpet was dirty but definitely expected better than what we got.

The two technicians who came to our home were courteous and efficient. They came on time and finished quickly. I definitely would hire again.

It was middle of the road service. There was nothing special about them.

They are very professional. They are very quick and they do a good job when they are there. I would recommend them. They do a good job for me.

They just were not able to remove some spots that I was  hoping would be able to cleaned better. They were prompt. They were in and out reasonably. They took the proper precautions with putting covers on their feet. They did not damage anything.

They did a really nice job. Two people came out and it took about an hour.

It was good.  The cost was 100 plus.  There were two workers that came to do the work.

when scheduling the cleaning, i was told that they do cost estimates over the phone.  i gave square footage, rooms and closets to be done.  was quoted the above price (which includes a 10% senior discount).  the crew were very nice and professional. but when the job was done, it didn't look any different.  the deep stains were still there including a pink stain on the master closet carpet.  when i commented that it didn't look any different, i was told "these deep stains and the pink stain we can't get out. they are embedded in the carpet"...  i asked "you knew this when you got here? that these stains wouldn't come out?" and was told certain stains just can't come out.  so my question was why doesn't a rep come out and do the estimate in person? if a rep had told us up front that "these stains can't be removed" we would have never hired them at all, and would have just replaced the carpet.  so the previous owner had a wheelchair and did the thing you always see... propelling the wheelchair with the feet on the floor.. so the stains are tracks from propelling the wheelchair around the apartment.  looks like racing stripes from one room to another.  very disappointing outcome.  the tech called his manager who "couldn't come out right now" and offered us a discount. the final cost was $153.

THEY ARE FAIR IN QUALITY AND PRICE, AND HAVE VERY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES WHO WORK FOR THEM. THEY PROVIDE A TYPE OF WORK THAT SEEMS FAIR TO EVERY CUSTOMER.

THEY DO VERY GOOD CARPET CLEANING BUT THEY LEAVE THE CARPET A LITTLE WET. THEY ARE VERY CHEAP AND THAT IS GOOD BECAUSE IT FITS MY BUDGET. THEY SEEM OT BE IN A VERY BIG HURRY BUT THE CARPET ALWAYS SEEMS TO COME OUT LOOKING BETTER THAN IT DID.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE MAN THAT PROVIDED THE JOB FOR ME WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
