It started with a great salesperson and an incredible installation crew. They were professional, perfectionists, friendly and did an amazing job replacing our old sun room with a much better product. I would highly recommend Buscher's.

It went nicely. 3weeks from start to finish. Tear down, new concrete foundation and assembly. Pleasant and talented workers throughout. I highly recommend Buschur’s . David Spence was great. My wife and are are highly satisfied and our new sunroom is exactly what we wanted and the process exceeded our expectations.

We re-selected Buschurs for this project because we had them install a 35' electric deck awning over 5+ years ago that is working perfectly and shades our entire back deck during the hot summer months. Judy Johnson was our Buschurs salesman who helped my wife and me select the best options for replacing our aging front and back 20+ year old doors. The product and company Jody selected for us to review had the best replacement options & warranty for our custom home. Harold, from Buschurs, contacted us with an installation and in home measurement dates and the Buschurs crew that showed up was professional and courteous. Jeff from the Buschurs installation team supervised the professional team who installed the doors with extreme precision. Jeff also performed much of the work on the front triple door which took several days given the size and complexity of the removal and install. Overall, I would highly recommend Buschurs for any home improvement project your are considering, it is money well spent with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the Buschurs team. We are very pleased with our new doors.

Great! The salesman was prompt and stuck with his price months later. He was also very available during the time we were waiting for the installation. He always returned phone calls asap. The workers were very professional, polite, and on time. It only took 4 days to totally complete the room.

They were running 15min behind but let me know in advance. I did feel that the product was slightly more expensive than other door installers but their product, by far, is better. Worth every penny. Polite. Professional. Great customer service. Will recommend them and use them again.

The sales rep was courteous, timely and professional. Dave spent a great deal of time explaining the product. The installation team was courteous, timely and professional as well. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.

Construction went well. It was in three phases: laying concrete, building structure, and electricity. All were done timely and professionally. (Note: concrete and electricity were done by sub-contractors, also good.). Buschurs also ably handled legal notification to the city. Payment was in four stages. I've enjoyed the sunroom for about three months now; no problems thus far. Windows slide open easily and close/lock securely. Price was about $29,000 USD, but I cannot seem to enter it below so am putting it here.

We were told that installation would take place 8-10 weeks after contract was signed. They began installation exactly 10 weeks to the day and the job was completed the morning of the following day.

They were wonderful. The salesman was great, informative, and easy going. There was no high pressure. The installers were courteous, efficient, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

It was wonderful! They're very courteous, cleaned up after themselves and they couldn't have been more willing to do anything we needed. They were also very nice to my dog, which is an added bonus.

Great. Better than I expected. First, their window brand OKNA gets excellent online review. Next, Mr. Paxton from Buschurs and I had to appear before the Landmarks Commission with a sample to get the window brand approved--so they went the extra mile there. I had done so much shopping/research/sales calls by the time I got to Buschurs, I knew these were folks I wanted to work with. They were not pushy trying to make me spend more and sell financing instead of windows. The installers were professional, tidy and efficient. I knew the old house would be a challenge since many window frames were severely out of square. Jody + Rick did not complain. I have worked with many tradespeople, and it's always a pleasure to find sober, hard-working guys who show up when they say they will and have good customer service skills. The installation was really well done. I feel lucky I found these guys!

Buschur"s contacted us about 15 days after the new patio floor was poured so it had time to cure enough to work on it. Their team was very professional and respected our property. A note to anyone having this work done,if it has rained recently do not let them onto your lawn. Ruts will happen. The sunroom is very nice and I know we will enjoy it for a long time. The work was done quickly and cleaning and we are very satisfied with the results. The room took about 4 days including installing the new roof line and ceiling and the electrician was here in another 4 days so it took about 10 days from start to finish. Another thing for people choosing to have this sunroom done, the ceiling may be a little low so if you are having a ceiling fan installed, be sure and get the most streamline one you can get, especially for how low it hangs from the ceiling. This is not a Buschur problem but me making the wrong choice the first time. The electrician that part of the project was very helpful in showing me how low my fan would come and I ran out and purchased another one. Thank you for having responsible and helpful people work on my project.

THE ORIGINAL PRESENTATION WAS GIVEN BY DAVE PAXTO WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED THE WHOLE PROCESS SO IT WAS EASILY UNDERSTOOD. ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD DURING AND AFTER THE PRESENTATION, THEY QUICKLY RESPONDED. DUE TO THE TIME OF SEASON, WINTER, THEY WERE UNABLE TO START PROJECT UNTIL THE WEATHER COPORATED. ONCE THEY STARTED THE PROJECT, THE ENCLOSURE WENT UP QUITE QUICKLY. DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS EVERY ONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD AN EXCISTING PATIO THAT RECIVED THE WEST SUN AND WERE UNABLE TO USE THE PATIO IN THE SUMMER PLUS WE HAD A ROOF THAT WAS POORLY CONSTUCTED. AN ENCLOSED STRUCTURE WAS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. I WAS SO UNHAPPY WITH THE EXCITING ROOF THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX ALL OF THE PROBLEMS. NOW IT LOOKS BRAND NEW AND YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THERE WAS EVER A PROBLEM. IF WE HAD ANY CONCERNS, THE REPRESENATIVE WAS VERY TIMELY IN RESPONCE AND EXECUTING THE PROBLEM, WE ARE HAPPY WITH FINAL RESULTS. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS, MOST DEFINATLY.

First sales call was late. After typical pitch, we decided to do some more homework. Product came highly recommended by friends, and if we didn't like the window constructon so much, we would've gone somewhere else. Their low end window was as pricey as some higher end windows; however, they were the only distributor in our area. After a second, more detailed sales call, we settled on the lower end, without the dual color (it was way more than we were willing to spend). The next day we got a call the manufacturer discontinued the color we picked, so we had to make a second choice. We were not happy, though, again, if we had not believed in the construction of the window so much, we woudl've walked. We were told the windows arrived a day later than promised, so we had to wait another day for installation. They sent their most seasoned team to install, probably because of the hassels we had overcome. They were very good and knew what they were doing. They had to take two days due to the way the previous windows were installed. They had to replace some wood, break aluminum that matched our house on the outside, and caulk both inside and out. They were as neat as they possibly could be, and cleaned up every last nail. We were very pleased with the installers. Other than a few cosmetics which they had to finish as best they could, we were pleased overall. The warranty was also good.

I am very pleased with the work they have done. I waited a few months to leave the review to make sure all was well. I had to be away a couple of weeks ago and called and let them know that a door needed some attention. They came and took care of the situation while I was away. I am happy with thier work.

I contacted Buschur's last winter to advise them of a bad leak that began after a winter storm produced a high amount of snow and ice. Buschur's president, Mr. Terry Paxton, sent someone over to remove the heavy ice and snow that had accumulated on the sunroom roof. He stated that the storm had created ice dams and melting ice had permeated the seal and that in the spring he would also reseal the area as needed. The technician came out the next day, cleared the storm remnants in about 1 1/2 hours. No charge. The technician was friendly and very professional. Late in the spring, Mr Paxton called to see if he could come to the house to re-seal the roof. After arrival, he meticulously inspected the roof and and began his work. I also informed him of another leak that had arisen in another area of the sunroom subsequent to the snow/ice removal last winter. Mr. Paxton spent 3 hours cleaning the reaseal areas and applying the sealant. He stated he would try to return ASAP to help locate the other leak. I was not charged for his efforts. Mr Paxton returned a few days later to try to find the source of the leak. After and hour's effort, he successfully located the source of the leak. He took the time to show me where the water leak entry point was and explained what was needed to complete the job. Since the area was wet he offered to return later to complete the job. I stated I would complete the repair. Mr Paxton did not stop there: He told me how to repair it and provided me with the sealant needed to complete the job. Charge: nada. After he left, I followed his instructions. The next day we had a torrential downpour. The result: no more leak! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Mr Paxton and Buschur's. From my first call to his departure, both he and his technician were courteous, respectful and very professional. They lived up to their promise of fixing the first leak from the ice dam and exemplified a fantastic business ethic that is rarely seen today. And this was all at no charge. Do they stand behind their product? They do more than that. I would highly recommend for any home improvement.

They were very good, came out, prompt, professional, and gave us an estimate but I just didn't go with that because we chose not to replace the whole door. Overall, was very good and the price was competitive.
