The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend.

Their team did an awesome job and very happy with the way it all turned out. They went above and beyond and hand dug quite a few post to work around some wires so the fence could be right where i wanted it. They took a good section of wood back to lowe’s because they were not happy with the quality of the pickets. Couldn’t be more happy.
