This place is awesome! I took a flat tire in that was on the spare rack on the back of my Jeep. They quickly removed it, fixed it, swapped it out with the spare on the front, and replaced the cover...and didn't charge me! Terry is so friendly, and all the guys there are professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

The crew at Hot Springs Tire and Automotive have taken care of my business and personal vehicles for years. I have never been hit with additional charges. They have are always up front about their assessment.

I bought four new tires for my Ford Explorer. Their price was the best I had found in town with warranty. A salesman meet me at the door, labeled my keys and pulled my car into change my tires. This price included mounting and balancing. they allowed me to keep my best tire for a spare and discarded the others at no cost. Fast and friendly service with a smile. Thanks again for keeping me safe on the road.

The guy told me that the Number 2 cylinder was bad but he switched it out. I thought ok great and I was on my way.A few days later I began having the same issues, so I took it back. And again I was told it was switched out. So off I went again. Well 3 days later I am still having the same issue, so I ask one the men in my church to look at it (and he did it for FREE!). He told me that nothing had been switched out. He said they may have been rotating them out from one to another to keep the error light from coming on. He fixed it for me and I didn't have to go through the hassle anymore. The only reason I chose them to begin with was because the salesman at my dealership (which turned out to be an idiot as well!) recommended them. Furthermore, on my initial visit while I'm waiting for them to complete the assessment, I asked the greasy guy at the counter about purchasing some tires. He didn't seem interested in selling any tires to me and didn't give any effort to try and find someone who would. I would never recommend this place to anyone for anything!

Was having problems with my truck starting. The battery I had in there was supposed to be a long term battery from Sears, had only been used a few years. Took it to Sears and they said it was ok and that was it. I then took it to Hot Springs Tire and they checked the battery which read to be and quot;okand quot;. They checked the alternator which was good. They found out it was the battery and replaced it for me.

I also get my tires, oil changed and tire rotated there. They're always nice, honest and do good work. I will continue to go there.
