"The job was to remove ~ 3inches from the bottom of a cabinet to make room for a new and taller refrigerator. The Kitchen is 40 years old with Formica veneer on the cabinets. Neatnics did a superb job and had all of the tools to perform the job in one setting ( My husband was very impressed with all of the saws he had). When I walked into the kitchen from the garage, I did not even notice the difference in the length of the cabinet. That is how good it looked. The job took 4 hours. "Mr. Frank Trust and his employee, Toby, were prompt, extremely thorough, polite, professional and so considerate. Due to a leaking garage roof, mold and mildew developed and much of the stored items were destroyed. Mr. Trust and Toby spent about 7 hours cleaning, decontaminating and power washing the structure. They even cleaned, sanitized, wrapped and packed the personal items that could be saved. They did a fantastic job. Mr. Trust is a genuinely kind man. I’ve already recommended him to a friend. "Very professional work. They obviously know how to take care of a mold issue. Only problem we had is that we ended up not having a mold issue and we still had a high bill due to all the hourly costs setting up and tearing down their equipment and isolation chambers in case there had been a mold issue. Guess this can't really be helped, but seems like there could be a better way of testing up front to see if you have mold or not."
