When I told him I only wanted to focus on four specific rooms, he seemed to get cold feet and started dodging my calls. He kept promising to send the revised estimate “that night” — multiple times — but it never came. Days went by with no follow-up. This wasn’t my first bad experience — I met two other contractors from Angi before Jaden, and all three were sketchy, with some even appearing intoxicated.
