Due to a leaking garage roof, mold and mildew developed and much of the stored items were destroyed. Mr. Trust and Toby spent about 7 hours cleaning, decontaminating and power washing the structure. They even cleaned, sanitized, wrapped and packed the personal items that could be saved. They did a fantastic job. Mr. Trust is a genuinely kind man. I’ve already recommended him to a friend. Only problem we had is that we ended up not having a mold issue and we still had a high bill due to all the hourly costs setting up and tearing down their equipment and isolation chambers in case there had been a mold issue. Guess this can't really be helped, but seems like there could be a better way of testing up front to see if you have mold or not."
