"I bought a package from angie's list back in january 2014 for exterior window/door caulking- waited until weather was warmer- I got few appointment dates in April, May and June that did not work with the company. I got frustrated about that and wrote a bad review on Angie's list...  FInally two weeks ago, I called Tim again and got an appointment for august 20. He did complete the job and helped me with the interior front door and gaps in garage. I am satisfied with the job. I will use the company for sure in the future."
