We ran into some rain delay, but once again the handyman kept in contact letting me know he wouldn't be able to work that day and when he would finish the job. He accidentally hung the awning to low, but he came out that night to take it off so I could get in and out my house he came out the next day and not only fixed the awning problem but replaced the siding that had holes in from the screws.
