"I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is. I was recommended this company on Facebook. I called and was told I would have a technician at my house at 9am. The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. This company will now be my one and only plumbing resource. Thank you McLean Plumbing you freaking ROCK!!"

"They were able to come out quickly to assess the issue, then schedule the work. The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

"I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Drexler Plumbing was so poor that I feel compelled to share it in hopes of preventing others from wasting their time and money. I initially contacted the company to address a leaking faucet in a spare bathroom. I was given a vague appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM and informed that if I didn’t answer a call prior to their arrival, the technician would not show up. When the technician arrived, he spent time criticizing the company’s hiring practices rather than focusing on the repair. He determined that a full tub and shower replacement was needed, quoting over $1,000. The work could not be done the same day, requiring me to schedule another appointment. The technician arrived late and took the entire day to complete the job, spending a significant portion of time sitting on my staircase visibly exhausted. The installation was subpar—both the faucet and showerhead were protruding nearly two inches from the wall, and the showerhead was visibly crooked. The faucet and showerhead were protruding so far out they couldn't even be caulked. My wife documented the issues with photos. She sent them to me after the tech left. I immediately called Tom Drexler, informed them of the subpar work, and requested a different technician to correct the poor workmanship. A new technician arrived the following week and made the necessary adjustments. However, within four days of using the shower, a leak developed in the ceiling of the kitchen below, and our toilet began leaking from the base when flushed—suggesting possible plumbing pressure or blockage issues. I contacted the company again and scheduled yet another appointment. Despite being given the same 8 AM to 5 PM time frame, no one showed up, and I had to follow up myself to learn the technician wasn’t coming. Eventually, another technician did visit and claimed the ceiling leak was due to "residual water" and dismissed the toilet issue. When the ceiling stain continued to grow, I called again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor came a week later, concluded that the issue wasn’t related to their work, and left without offering any solutions. Altogether, I had to take four days off work to accommodate this series of visits. I now need to hire another plumber from a different company to resolve the ongoing leak. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. The quality of work, communication, and overall customer service were consistently poor throughout the entire process."

He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. He kept us updated daily and weekly, made sure we understood what was happening, and double-checked every decision before moving forward. He was also incredibly respectful of our home. Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. It made a huge difference and showed how much care he put into the project. Before wrapping up, he made sure every last detail was perfect before asking for our final review, and handled anything we asked for. We’re beyond happy with how everything turned out. Remark Construction made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"I originally hired them to fix a major issue in my 120 y/o home. All of the plumbing on the 2nd floor was inoperable (faucets not working, original pipes, etc). They quoted my $10,000 which was $10,000 less than anyone else. I hired them pretty much on the spot. Then every week new problems arose. I was a little anxious because weekly they were asking for on average of $3,000 (despite my giving them almost the whole $10K up front). The price kept going up until I was in over $28,000. It was very stressful, but I paid them the money they asked every time. Then they offered to install a shower for $1800 (we had to not do it originally because it got too expensive). They took the money up front, then disappeared. After going back and forth I told them I didn't want to bother with it anymore. I asked for my money back, and excuses started about why they couldn't. Then he ghosted me entirely. I just had to file a dispute with the credit card company. I was scammed and ripped off. "
