 + -1 moreI have never had a problem with any of the work Bruce has done over the years...sometimes Bruce is busy, but if you are having an "emergency", tha is, no heat, no water etc. you will be moved to the top of the list...one time I couldn't wait and called another plumber who sent an unexperienced sub to my mom's house for some work...when I discovered the plumber had used an adhesive to make a connection I called Bruce...I never called another plumber again...
Description of Work: Bruce Minkner is a great person and professional. He is multi-licensed, bonded, insured, and probably one of the smartest HVAC/R minds in the region. He works commercial and residential and doesn't seem to discriminate. We're lucky to have him in the area. Over the last 15-plus years he has installed reverse osmosis systems for my wife and I and also for my mother living next door. Water softening systems, too. As well, he has serviced our boilers/furnaces and has shown up countless times to save the day such as when the furnace has gone out, drains have backed up, the well has stopped or something else "strange" has happened with the plumbing. Recently, he installed a tankless water heater (a wonderful thing) in my ex-brother-in-law's house. Bruce seems to always have an answer to the problem and usually 25% of it is a part, and the other 75% is him, his knowledge, hard work and expertise. He came out the other day to a**** the cost of replacing a water line between the house and the well. He isn't "cheap". But considering he is all business when working, he's really smart. and is all about getting the job done best, I think he is the best person I know for a plumbing job. But don't tell anyone...
