Best locksmiths near Galena, OH

"I had scheduled an appointment to change the locks on our new house. The day of when the locksmith reached out and said it would probably be 2 hours later I was frustrated. I reached out to the owner that I had made the appointment with and he came himself, at the original appointment time. I was satisfied with the service."

"Called at 7pm and he arrived around 7:30pm. The key was stuck in the deadbolt & could not get it out of the lock. The service professional that arrived was great==he removed the key in one quick motion. He showed me the technique to use to get the key out. It is tricky to hold the key in the right position. Glad he came so quickly! The key was in the front door & only had one key. Going to get a few more made tomorrow."

"He really knew his stuff! There was a lot to do because bad work had to be removed before the good stuff could be installed. But, he put a new deadbolt on that works like a dream. I had some other people there preparing for some other work to be done, so I lost track of time, but I think he spent way over two (2) hours making sure the lock had a smooth opening and that I didn't have to use a Karate kick to get it to work. I will call him again for any other locksmith work I need. He's the best!"

"I loved the way he ordered the parts for the door. And then he came a day early. The finished product is great. We are enjoying the new lock very much."

"Every one was on time when it came to installing our security and automation system. The installation advisor kindly asked we leave a review and we are happy to. Using the Safe Streets Group is a good decision. Many thanks to the advisor that helped us."

"Window Gurus came on time, have a thorough evaluation of what was needed, and completed the job on time. Very satisfied with their work. If you have an older property and you want to maintain the aesthetic. They are the company I would choose."

"Excellent experience and price. Would hire again!! Don is a pro!"

"Walter and Glen at Protect Your Home Group with ADT are the best people to talk to in terms of security alarm. Being a locksmith myself I know how important it is to deal with the right people. I referred a lot of customers to them and so far they are happy with their service. I myself got one for my house. Thank you for a consistent service and great deal."
