Cleared the old insulation and a significant mess that had been left by raccoons before we got that part sealed off, and installed a full application of new insulation then cleaned up on their way out. All of this has been recorded, pictures saved, and the old "oh we don't know that employee" does not work when I have called your office for him and your secretaries get ahold of him for us. Months later you switched to suddenly not knowing a person using a listed DBA you have given business cards to? Same address? It'll get sorted in court unless money is returned."
