I reached out to the owner that I had made the appointment with and he came himself, at the original appointment time. I was satisfied with the service."

"Called at 7pm and he arrived around 7:30pm. The key was stuck in the deadbolt & could not get it out of the lock. The service professional that arrived was great==he removed the key in one quick motion. He showed me the technique to use to get the key out. It is tricky to hold the key in the right position. Glad he came so quickly! The key was in the front door & only had one key. Going to get a few more made tomorrow."

"He really knew his stuff! There was a lot to do because bad work had to be removed before the good stuff could be installed. But, he put a new deadbolt on that works like a dream. I had some other people there preparing for some other work to be done, so I lost track of time, but I think he spent way over two (2) hours making sure the lock had a smooth opening and that I didn't have to use a Karate kick to get it to work. I will call him again for any other locksmith work I need. He's the best!"
