The next phone call I received was from Mike (Manager) whom listened to the request for a quote and provided a high overview on the following steps needed for the 200 amp panel box replacement - including potential timeframe for completion. After a quick site visit, Mike took care of setting up the remainder including the permit. A couple days later Scott (Technician) arrived and within 3 hours completed the job - replacing the box, clean-up, and ensuring all connections were up/running. The following day there was one more visit for inspection. Overall, I received plenty communications via email and phone (mobile) from Mr Electric to keep me posted on each step. Great service, fair pricing (parts/labor/permit), and great communication."

"When I needed to have a circuit checked out for problems, I contacted Safe Electric because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel. The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage. I would highly recommend Safe Electric for any electrical needs. They were reasonably priced, professional, and got the work done right."

"Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. "I recently moved into a new home with some electrical issues, and I had been searching for an electrician for several weeks.  I interviewed dozens of electricians and could not find anyone that felt right for me and that I could trust.  I had several issues in the home, the first of which I wanted to tackle was the panel and service.
I saw an Angie's list deal and contacted Jeremy.  He responded right away.  He came out the same day to look at the panel and had his team out that same week to complete the work.  He was the most responsive and most thorough of the 10+ electricians I received quotes from or talked to.  He is not only an excellent electrician but is also a superior communicator and highly responsive.
All of the other electricians I spoke with were anywhere from 4+ to 8+ weeks out with work and frequently did not bother getting back with me on quotes or questions.  Jeremy was no more than 2 weeks out and always responded when I had a question or concern.
As for the work done, I was very impressed with the quality of work that Jeremy and his team did.  I will be using Undefined Heights for all of my future electrical needs, and I suggest you do the same.  Jeremy and his team get an A+ in my book.  Thanks Jeremy!
