The customer pays for all materials up front to do the job , if the job is a "small" job like say a single day or two . my labor fee is due at completion of job . If its a bigger job then we bill weekly. All jobs and rates are bid with customer value as priority!

The sense I got from him on those first couple of calls was that he wanted to see what we wanted and he wanted to work on this project.
