The problem had obviously been going on for a while. Cleaning out the bottom of the chimney as part of the inspection, we removed two five gallon buckets of sticks and leaves. They gave me a written quote describing the work and corrected my issues within the week. Work was well done, and they cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommended!"

The called and canceled that appointment and rescheduled for September 30. They canceled that appointment and rescheduled for today October 8th, 1-4 pm and never showed up. Very poor customer service"
