"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "Really well. We needed a half split system as we have a 100 + year old house with a boiler and required air conditioning for health reasons. We didn’t want to have to deal with window air conditioners or removing the boiler system to replace with a forced air system; the half split was the best choice. Sal’s had the most reasonable bid and was very prompt in scheduling and installing. Every person we dealt with from Sal’s was professional, kind and had wonderful senses of humor. "John at Air Duck Warriors answered my phone call so I did not have to wait for a returned call. Air Duct Warriors had a 32 ft ladder. And, the cover for my dry vent duct that I needed to prevent more birds from building a nest inside the dryer vent. They worked in the tight space of a laundry closet to re-connect the dryer vents. I appreciated John scheduling my service appointment in two days. And, the dedication of his co-workers to get the job done."

"Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.

There was a small issue with one of the units. A part was ordered and they came and fixed it. After the installation was completed, i received the warranty and registration by email. "I noticed this deal of Air Duct cleaning for unlimited vents and called Angies List customer service to ask about the deal and make sure that my one furnace with 3 zones would fit this deal and got all my questions answered; then I purchased the service deal and within an hour or so, I was called by the service company (LOWE'S Air Duct Cleaning Inc) and told that they are working in my area today, and have an opening in the middle of the day since someone changed their appointment; I accepted the time; the service man (Milo) came on time, worked non stop for about 3 hours, where he opened each air vent for the incoming and returned air and cleaned. I have asked for a camera to be used in 3 air vents in order to see before and after cleaning, and noticed the difference. Milo was extremely kind, professional, and worked very hard to get things done in a reasonable amount of time given that I have about 27 air vents and returned air plus 4 long ducts in the basement that are coming from an into the one furnace; The service also included sanitizing and air freshening. I was extremely satisfied with the service, and would defenetly recommend the service to anybody."
