We contacted All County to try to have the drain snaked, but when he arrived, it was determined that the type of pipe used was not going to allow for snaking. We discussed options and decided to get on their schedule to have a new drainage line installed. All County came back about 2 weeks later and dug a trench from the street to the garage behind the house. They layed 110 feet of 4 inch, higher strength PVC drain lines and connected them to each of 3 downspouts. They then refilled the trench and verified the drainage. This was the 3rd occassion on which we've had All County to our home for plumbing issues; we definitely plan to keep calling them when needed."

He examined the problem, and explained that they would have to go through the basement floor to reach the clog and replace the pipe. After giving him the ok, he went to work unclogging my drain. The job itself was much more time consuming and took a lot more effort than I imagined it would, but after two crews of plumbers and hours of work, they finally unclogged the drain! They were very courteous and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. I thought at first that the price was rather high, but after all the work they put into the job and the quality of the finished project, I'd say it was well worth the cost.
