Plumbing 911

My 80 year father got fleeced by these con artists. Dad accidentally bent a water pipe right next to his washing machine trying to replace a hose to the new appliance. Plumber came 2 days after promised date, replaced a small section of copper pipe (only needed to use press-fit couplings), replaced both hose connectors (1 unnecessarily), and attached the washing machine hoses. Maybe 30 minutes total labor. Charged my old man just short of $500. Dad even generously tipped the plumber $25 after getting taken! Rip-off artists that prey on the old. DO NOT CALL THEM. USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

It went well! They were very responsive and were accomodating to our schedule. The scheduling person on the phone was very transparent about how much they charge for the evaluation and set expectations well. The site tech arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very polite and went over the cost with me before proceeding. He did a great job and our faucet is working well! No complaints, and I look forward to using them in the future if we need anything else. Thanks Plumbing 911!

This was the second time we have employed the services of Plumbing 911 - our first experience was so prompt & positive that we did not consider any other business for our needs. Shane is our technician, & he has done an amazing job, gone above & beyond the call of duty more than once when we have had issues here. Courteous, professional, & genuinely caring about the customer's well-being - those qualities have been our experience with him & also with the phone staff we have spoken to during any of our calls. We had basement flooding in July that required drain cleaning, then had the back valve installed in August to avoid further problems - all work was done well, within the estimated time frame & budget, & we are very, very happy with every aspect of the service we've received. Have already recommended this business to others, & will absolutely continue to do so...these are people we trust to do this work in the best way possible!

Really not sure what to make of these guys. Had a faucet start leaking over the weekend and they were the only ones I found listing Sunday hours so I thought I'd give them a try. Got the Angie's List call center who scheduled me for 12-2 meeting. Within 5 minutes of that call, got a call from someone saying they were representing the actual company and told me they weren't doing calls that day and wanted to fit me in for Monday. I declined. A few minutes later got a call back from the call center leaving a vm to say they were busy and I was rescheduled to 3-5. I kind of threw my hands up in the air and went for a run. Get back from run to two vm's from the repair guy (1:45) saying he was on the way over. WTH? Repair guy shows up and is super nice. Inspects the faucet and main is frozen. Recommended I buy my own replacement (cheaper) and he come out next day to install. Fast forward to Monday and the same guy (Adam - super nice), shows up right on time and installs the new faucet in about an hour. Price ends up at $220 (normally 250 but $30 off for the communication issues. While I appreciate the discount - $200+ seems awfully expensive for an hour of simple plumbing work. Haven't shopped around lately so maybe this is normal? Form your own opinions. If I had an emergency over the weekend in the future they are definitely an option due to the professionalism of the repair tech. Otherwise, for the cost and communication issues, will look elsewhere for normal stuff.

We needed help figuring out a plumbing leak at our house, Plumbing 911 was very quick to get us scheduled. Dennis was our tech, he was very friendly, and found and repaired the problem!

First day the the very qualified plumber got us back in service. Second day he returned with a helper who was also very professional and quickly replaced the pipes. There was no yelling, no swearing, no smoking - everything was perfect and done in a very crafts-manlike manner. They will be our plumbers from now on.

On January 17, 2020 a technician from Plumbing911 arrived around 9:00 AM to replaced a leaking hot water tank. I had purchased a new Rheem tank and already had it in the furnace area where it was to replace the old leaking tank. I had already drained the old tank while waiting for the technician. After a brief inspection, he made out an invoice for $495.00 to Install 50 gallon tie in port at bottom and top to heat unit and install expansion tank at an additional $329.00. The expansion tank was already connected to the old hot water heater and was in a horizontal position across the top of the old tank and suspended by a strap. I was charged the $329.00 addition for one elbow to put the expansion tank from a horizontal position to a vertical position using the old tubing. I had already signed the invoice on the $495.00 when this charge was added. I expressed my concern to the technician about the cost and was told that they go by a book for the pricing. On January 20th I called the company to speak with the owner concerning the additional $329.00 expansion tank installation charge and got a call from the technician and did not receive a satisfactory answer from him. I then called the company back and asked to speak with the owner for a reconsideration on the extra $329.00 expansion tank installation charge. (Remember, it consisted of adding one elbow to put the tank in a vertical position, and using the old tubing.) I never received even a courtesy call from the owner, Keith Miller. In defense of the technician, the work was done satisfactorily. I assisted the technician, when needed, with the installation, furnished the appliance hand truck, and helped the technician in getting the old tank upstairs. I highly urge one to require any work to be done by any company to be done so in writing so that one would know exactly what they are getting for work accomplished and before signing for any service. I sure wish I had. I cannot recommend this company for any work at this time.

It went great. The blockage was far in the pipe.... difficult to access. The 911 plumber got to it and made sure it was cleaned out. Very efficient.

They came evaluated the problem and solved it all in the same day. The worker was very pleasant, friendly and was willing to take the time and explain what he found and how he would fix it. Was very pleased with the work he did.

We really needed this work done fast and they came out the same day. They worked to solve our problem and explained what they were doing, why and ways we could prevent the issue from recurring. The tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire these guys again if necessary.

Very well. This is my 2nd time using plumbing 911. They've had to correct work a previous plumber did who completely ripped me off for $3000. I appreciate they're honest, quick prompt work and reasonable fees. They are now my go to plumber for all my plumbing needs

It went great, no problems and really nice people to work with.

Technician explained the cause of the problem, provided recommendations and costs for each option. Once an option was chosen, the work was scheduled and installation was completed. Technician was knowledgeable and personable.

We called on a Sunday morning and they came (at 11:00am) an hour earlier than they had scheduled (12noon). Our technician was polite and professional and did not waste anytime replacing the sump pump. They quoted me $500 and it came in at $505 and I was able to use the Angie's List Coupon for 10% off and only paid $455. The other plumber we called listed as 24-hour service had quoted $600-625 because it was a Sunday. Plumbing 911 said they do not charge extra for Sundays. They have folks that work regular shifts on Sundays so they do not require overtime.

Called to have them fix my shower facet. Extremely professional, and quick. Will hire again.

Went well overall. Worked hard.
