Alex came to my home in Warren, Ohio yesterday. He was so very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. He quickly fixed the leak under my bathtub. Their pricing was very fair. Not only is he can excellent plumber but a veteran too. 100 percent I would recommend Alex.

The scheduler was very polite and helpful. She got me on the schedule immediately to get my problem fixed. Trystan came out and unclogged our drain for $399. He had the job done in about an hour and for less than I was quoted from other companies. I will be using this company for any future needs!!

They did an amazing job. They came in and gave me the price upfront and let me know of the risks with trying to repair the leaking shower. He tried the cartridge first and then I ended up having him replace the whole shower valve because it was still leaking. It was old and just past its time. My technician Robert was kind, caring and honest. He let me know before he started what to possibly expect. They have a customer for life.
