"Vendor was responsive, on-time even with snowfall that we had on the east side.  The offered Scotchgard and deodorizer service for an extra charge which I added.  The carpets came out very clean and dried within the day.  I did turn on the fireplace and had a blower running to ensure that everything was dry before I moved the furniture back.  I did have to call to schedule the appointment as they did not respond to the Angie's List email option.  I called the day before to get an approximate time that they would be out.  They also called me when they were on the way and were timely.

"We had our ducts cleaned by another company 15 years ago and thought they did a fairly decent job. We were shocked at the amount of drywall, nails and lots of dust that Productive removed. Just to let you know - it is very loud. They drill a couple of holes in the ducts and hook up a vacuum to it. The vacuum is very effective and loud. "We hired Stacy for whole house cleaning. She said she could do a thorough cleaning on her first visit or do it over time, with her regular cleaning. Because of our situation we decided to have her do a thorough cleaning during her first visit then regular cleaning every two weeks. Stacy has done an exceptional job on the whole house cleaning as well as the biweekly cleaning. She is very thorough and stays with the job until done. She has been very timely and communicates well. In addition to doing a great job cleaning she is very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone needing household cleaning service."

"Had to get the chimney cleaned from years of the top cap being blown off and broken. Don't think anything was cleaned since the house was built but I don't use the fireplace. Anyways, Myke is very polite and fair with pricing and service. His wife is the receptionist and is exceptionally nice to work with and flexible for appointments. Myke ended up cleaning out a bunch of dead animals which fell in when the cap was off and also cleaned out a bunch of other junk from the environment. He laid down a huge quilt before even opening the fireplace and made sure he had cleaning stuff and a bucket handy at all times to catch debris and critters. Very good cleanup job where you wouldn't even know someone was over. Overall my fireplace was not in bad shape, but Myke did make some recommendations for external repairs for the condo association repair people which helped to greatly reduce the rain drippings I would normally hear in the fireplace. Fantastic business and genuinely helps with getting best value for dollar."
