"They are overpriced, did not take proper precautions to protect our carpet, promised us professional carpet cleaning, then sent out two of their guys with rags and a shop vac to “clean” the carpets. Then we were told it’s not policy to send out carpet cleaners, and that we’re on our own. We were promised 4 different things involving quality of the project, none were done. This place is a total scam, and has SERIOUS communication and misinformation issues internally. Would never use them again. All they did was open up walls, spray some stuff, made a mess, and left us to handle any problems stemming from their lack of attention to detail, and crappy policies."

For the project we had in mind we felt the price was reasonable. Anthony, the on-site project manager, was very professional and followed up quickly to clear up a couple of minor issues we noticed. The roofing crew did their job and everything was cleaned up. It was a two day job, but even after the first day the yard was cleaned up and everything neatly put away. We haven't found any nails in our yard which was important with dogs in the yard. Everything was hauled away and no trace they were here other than our beautiful new roof! We are definitely happy customers and enthusiastically recommend American Way Exteriors to others."
