"My house is a family house in Ohio, designed and built in 1962 by my Dad. Mom and Dad are gone. I inherited the house in 2015. I grew up in the house, but I live in California, now. "While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."
