He was good. He always make sure if there is a problem, he will still come to fix it and make it right. Moreover, he got a good price.

We were originally going to have him place a new flange and install a new toilet but we did not have our flooring ready to have a toilet installed. He came in and offered great advice for placement of new flange and water line to new toilet. He gave great advice and even gave us the option to do the work ourselves that he recommended or he could remove the flange for us. Due to us not having the correct tools, we had him remove the flange and bought new flange and some other parts from him. Will definitely call him for future plumbing problems!

Todd came as scheduled to run new water lines to kitchen sink and then hook up a new dishwasher. He first questioned why we wanted our same 2 year old garbage disposal installed when a new one would "only cost 125". It took him 7 hours to complete the project, much longer than we thought it should. Upon receiving the bill from Todd I noticed that his parts cost were extremely high compared to normal. When I called to question him on the cost he admitted that he marks up everything 300%. That is not a typo 300%. For example, he charged $50 for the hose/connector for the dishwasher (this is a $10-$20 part). He charged $42 for the waterline to hook up the refrigerator line ($10-$15 part - he put the valve on the line but did not leave the hose to hook up the refrigerator). He had a total of $240 in parts for this small plumbing job. We understand that most contractors will mark up their parts, however the amount of his mark ups were out of line. I expressed this to Todd and his true colors came out. He proceeded to call me a "stupid Jew", then a "stupid banker" that knows nothing about plumbing. He repeated both of these comments as he then moved on to threatening me if I did not send him his money immediately. Todd is completely unprofessional and appeared to be out of control. I would never trust him in my home or even around me ever again. To top it off... the faucet is dripping.

Todd is a true professional. He contacts you before he heads out to your house. If he will be late, he calls and explains. All the installations went well and three months later there are no issues. His prices are very reasonable and he truly is concerned about doing the job right.

After going through a 'Home Protection Plan' to get it covered, the 'Plan' balked at paying for the repairs. Todd called and argued with them, and even went as far as saying he didn't feel it was right to charge us. I love an honest business man.

He arrived when scheduled, determined part required. checked on availability of part, then purchased it and installed same day.
