Excellent work. On time. Very professional staff. We had a great experience working with Raquell, Curtis and his crew. Packed our moving items very carefully. Nothing was damaged during g the move. I will recommend this company wholeheartedly for anyone moving a block away, across state or across the country. A job very well done.

They supposed to be movers but they showed up no moving equipment at all and took my moving truck to take my refrigerator and hey drop it. I am not very happy with no communication to fixed it.

My initial contact was with Racquel and she was very gentle, polite and patient to answer my multiple calls and questions. She has awesome customer service, which made to go with them than another lower quote. We had Eric and Jeremy from Accell One for moving day - who did a great job with my move. They were very hardworking and nice and polite. They took the suggestions well and followed the instructions. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend Accell One to others.

They were wonderful! They did a wonderful job. They were very professional and protected my furniture with the pads, blankets, and bubble wrap. They put the heavy furniture where it needed to be. The lighter furniture was put where I wanted it as well. They even figured out where a table would look good and functional. All in all I would hire them again. Thanks for making a stressful move not stressful.
