Not good. I said we needed to take our baby grand piano. I was told they could! When they got there they said they couldn’t, because they said it would take ten guys! It took four guys to move it in about 32 years ago! Plus we had many other things. But they bought too small a uhaul! They were very rough with our stuff! Wish I had got someone else! But we had a deadline!

I first found Faith and Family Moving on Angies list and requested a quote. Faith called me with in minutes with pricing information. We hired them the next day and were given a date and time. The moving crew showed up on time and meticulously completed the job as requested with out breaking or ruining anything, which lets face it, is really really hard to do when moving. The moving folks were pleasant, friendly and hard working and got the job done promptly. We were pretty well prepared and the move took 4 hours total, which was around my expectations. Thanks!

It went well. it was a surprise for my hubby. We were not at home for delivery. This could have all gone south! They worked with my assistant. Got the job done. It was set up and beautiful when we got home. Thank you so much.

The Workers and the moving actually went great. The workers were very careful while moving my valuable belongings and I appreciate that very much. I would definitely request them again.

To their credit they did a fast and efficient job of loading their Uhaul, the movers and supervisor were very friendly most of the time. Things went downhill while unloading at my new residence. It was slightly irritating when I was told that it was going to take longer than they initially thought while they were eating pizzas in the back of the Uhaul. My main grievance is they did not properly secure my 3 piece toolbox in the truck and it fell over, some drawers are caved in, seized shut and a couple are broken off the slides completely, the bearings falling out all over the place. The large base cabinet is basically ruined and unusable now. I'm glad I decided to remove the more delicate tools and measuring instruments beforehand. I was not even informed of this until I noticed one of the movers placing the bent piston and handle of my floor bike air pump in a trash can and I asked him what happened to it. He told me of the toolbox falling over, breaking a bookshelf in half as well, among other items that were damaged. They made a comment that the bookshelf came in half anyway because it was a flat pack DIY assembled item, so it didn't really matter, but there is a big difference between being properly disassembled and the screws being broken out of the wood. There was never any apology offered either. They basically just piled boxes and furniture on the first floor and in the basement, using no tarps or covers on the floors upstairs tracking in dirt and water from the light rain, that's not really a huge issue though it is irritating From their initial estimate of $750, which I guess is a fair price for moving a 3 bedroom apartment, I was told that because of the "extra" time and work involved that I would owe $1050. I think the "supervisor" sensed my displeasure with the toolbox ordeal and after talking to the other owner said $900 would be the final amount. I wrote the check without complaint because at this point I just wanted them gone. In hindsight I wish I would've just hired a more established and professional company, but I appreciate their entrepreneurial spirit and prefer to support local small business over large corporate interests whenever possible. This and the movers friendly attitude are the only reason I am not giving them a worse review.

They came to move a piano. They didn't have an equipment to move a piano. They just have dolly to move the refrigerator out. Their truck have no ramp. They came with 2 men and 1 women. They were insufficient. They can't do the job I wanted them to do.
