"I got a prompt response from the company who reached out. They were available in a timely manner which was important to us. We discussed relatively briefly the cleaning standard in their one-time move-out cleaning. We also discussed additional interior and exterior windows. The work was done while we were out of town. It was an adequate job but not as thorough as I'd hoped. Inside of kitchen appliances and upstairs floors were well cleaned. I was disappointment that the walls were not cleaned well (we were told this was standard if visibly needed cleaning), there was still dust particularly on thelower level, and windows were not well cleaned despite our explicit discussion and instructions on this). Overall timely service with good (but not great) cleaning."
