We needed to replace our roof shortly after purchasing our home in German Village. Brad was recommended to us by our masonry contractors as their preferred roofer. Brad was thorough, communicative, and efficient. He took the time to explain his recommendations and quickly gained our trust. Later, when we saw damage due to some severe weather, he was quick to respond to get the team out for small repairs. We are very pleased with our experience and the result. I have used Bradley Builders twice and each time the service and workmanship was excellent. I initially called Brad to look at my roof because I was concerned about damage and replacement needs. I got three estimates. Two of the companies said they would replace the roof immediately. Brad told me I did not need a roof for several years, his integrity is above reproach. He’s meticulous, which is exactly what you want with a contractor. He and his staff arrive on time, are respectful ,and did a fabulous job of cleaning up. I recommend him to people as often as I can

We had a small leak in the roof. They fixed it and found a couple of the tiles that were bubbling up. They fixed those too at minimal cost. I will definitely use them again.

Brad and his team replaced the roof on our home, and we couldn't have been happier with the end result. The entire team was professional, timely, and willing to stay on the job until it was complete. They also left our home in better shape than they found it (wonderful cleanup post project). Brad was, in short, absolutely wonderful to work with. Great. Bradley Builders called us back promptly, and visited the house promptly. After spending time on the roof, Brad gave us his honest advice--that we did not need to get a new roof this year. On the same visit he repaired our garage roof on a time-and-materials basis. He's a good communicator, prompt, does good work, is easy to get along with. This is the 2nd roof repair job he has done for us. We highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Bradley Builder for your roofing needs. We've used them for both smaller roof repairs at my son's house and based on that experience, didn't hesitate to use them for a full roof replacement at our house. Brad is personally involved in every job, and provides expert advice and extremely high quality work. I was trying to cut corners on one of the repairs on my son's roof and he did a great job explaining why he wouldn't do that on his own house. He was also honest in telling me I didn't really need a full replacement on my roof (I opted to do it anyway, for aesthetic reasons). Very pleased with the entire experience.

Brad replaced our roof 23 years ago. After all those years, there was nothing really wrong with it except some loss of grit and some shingles upturned on the edges. However, we decided to replace because of the age. So, naturally, I called Brad. He came out and fully inspected the roof situation, found some corrections needed from parts of the roof installed on additions to the house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He also agreed to hold off replacement to fit in with our schedule. Replacement was done in basically one day with little distraction to us. Cleanup, including ground clearing, was done very well. We are very happy with the outcome.

Brad and his team did an excellent job with our roofing project. Brad was extremely meticulous with the entire project and ensured we knew the steps. His team was timely and completed the job in one day with Brad utilizing an additional half day for prep. They cleaned up after the project was completed and ensured we were satisfied. This is an amazing company! If you are looking for a roofing installer who is above and beyond, this is the one. The day before yesterday, I noticed a roof shingle at the edge of my roof had lifted a bit. Bradley Builders had done a complete roof replacement on my home several years ago, so I contacted Brad. WITHIN AN HOUR, he had replied, saying that someone would be out to take care of it, and there would be no cost to me since the install was still under warranty. In less than 24 hours, Brian—a wonderful member of Bradley Builder’s expert team—contacted me to let me know that he would be by the following morning to secure the shingle. Brian arrived exactly on time, and discovered that the lifted shingle was due to a nail at an awkward spot right at the edge of the roof which had worked loose—probably due to the whopper of a wind and rain storm we had had last week. Within minutes he had the shingle secured. But, after that, I heard additional hammering. I went out to discover that Brian had noticed some lose gutter spikes while he was on the roof, and was taking the time to nail those in! He went the whole length of the gutter, securing all the spikes. The gutters are the original builder install and are still in great shape, but the spikes are constantly working loose. Brian explained that with the original build the gutters were installed with too much distance between the spikes, and that was causing them to work loose so often from the ongoing pressure of wind and weight of water in the gutters. In addition, he mentioned that gutters are now secured with spikes that are screwed in rather than hammered in straight, and recommended those as a solution. So, in less than 36 hours after I had noticed the loose shingle, the shingle was fixed, loose gutter spikes secured, and I had expert advice to solve the ongoing issue with the gutter spikes. For Brian to take the time to go above and beyond to secure the spikes and explain to me why it was happening so frequently speaks volumes about the heart and soul of this amazing company and its people. As does the warp speed with which the lifted shingle was addressed and fixed. I had confidence that I had chosen the right roofing company for my complete roof replacement because of Brad and his team’s professionalism, honesty, excellent communication, attention to every detail, and the beautiful craftsmanship of my new roof. But the level of Brad’s commitment to standing by his company’s work and caring for their customers after the install is stellar, and validates my trust in this company 100%. When my house needed a new roof, I did some research and received quotes from several well-reputed roofers, including Bradley Builder. Throughout the quote process, Brad was incredibly responsive, professional and thorough. When talking with him about the project, it was clear that he cares very much about quality. He spent a lot of time explaining the process, reasons for his approach, timelines, staffing, etc. Though some of the information was over my head (since it's his expertise area and not mine), it was clear that he is a very detail-oriented person. Ultimately I chose to work with him because I hoped he would apply his detailed nature to ensuring that I got a quality roof installation. I am so glad that I used Brad for my roof install - he was truly a dream to work with. He was responsive to questions leading up to the installation and I never had to chase him down for anything- he was proactive and helpful. He was on-site (on the roof) directing his team throughout the entire job and managed the whole process start to finish with a focus on safety for everyone involved. When an issue arose during the job w my electricity (this was no fault of his crew), he assisted in connecting me with a trusted electrician and I also had a great experience with them. I never once felt like I had to oversee/manage any part of the project process, which was a novel experience that I loved. I have had my roof for about a year now and it has held up through some pretty nasty storms and looks great. I am so grateful to Brad for handling this large (to me) project with care and concern the entire time. Job went well. Both the roof on the garage and the roof on the house were replaced. They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails and they even hauled away the bricks from the removal of the chimney on the garage. They replaced a couple of the beams in the garage that were in bad shape.

The roof itself is beautiful - and durable against Ohio’s increasingly violent storms. Our project proceeded smoothly toward an exceptional roof because of Brad Arensberg. Brad has a lifetime of expertise with the features and foibles of old homes. Brad carefully and completely inspected our preexisting roof and reported to us on its failings. He then guided us through the shingle selection process. And on installation day, he personally supervised his crew so each worker performed his/her job with exacting skill and competence. After that, prompt debris removal, two thorough clean-ups, and Brad’s final site inspection capped a job well done. Our earlier roof prematurely failed because of mis-installation. Brad and his team were amazing! We hired another company to do the job. We were told it would take 3 weeks to complete. After waiting for nearly 3 months with nothing being done we fired the other company and hired Brad's team. Brad's team had the job complete in less than a week. They were wonderful. Professional, punctual, and efficient. The job was done correctly and under the budget of the previous company we had contracted with. Communication was fantastic. Brad contacted me the very same day I requested an estimate even though my request was late in the afternoon. He was able to make a repair to my roof in a very short time, explain the process clearly, and finish the job with an outstanding result within the budget that was estimated.

The job went extremely smoothly. From estimate to clean-up and completion, there were no times when we worried about the process or the result. This was a 3 story attached home multiple skylights roof lines and we contracted it with our attached neighbor. Both sides were extremely happy with how the work was done. Bradley Builders were punctual, prompt, and professional in every aspect. Our neighbor felt precisely the same. We would hire them again should the need arise.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof and the experience of working with Brad and his team. I had been looking for upscale asphalt shingles that seemed impossible to find (supply chain issues caused by the pandemic), but Brad's team found me the perfect solution. They also gained approval from the review commission for the historic district I live in though the project was somewhat outside the guidelines. One more thing, Brad was on site to supervise the work -- a big plus.

Brad and Brian were exceptional. Brad is extremely knowledgeable about roofs and took the time to explain to me what may be causing my leak and how to best address the issue. Brian showed up to do the work, and was efficient and clean. I called Brad about a different issue a month or so later and he again took the time to educate me on the types of roofs and what my options might be. My overall experience was excellent and I would use them again.

We hired Bradley Builders to repair our entire roof in fall 2020. We received quotes from at least 5 different companies, but we decided to hire Bradley Builders because of the professionalism and timely communication from the owner Brad, and because Brad himself said he would be present during the workdays to supervise his staff. The supervision of his staff was very important to us because we have had negative past experiences with other companies for various home projects because the staff did not perform work as promised or on time. Brad and his workers arrived promptly on time each day, worked very efficiently, and Brad was present supervising his staff just as he promised. We are very satisfied with the quality of work on the roof, including the flashing material around the chimney and the two additional skylights they installed for us.
