They charged me $1400 but they did not complete the project. They were hired to raise the front step several inches. Instead the raised a few sidewalk squares and left the foundation ruined.

Our driveway and walkway were in poor condition. Numerous blocks had cracks, were uneven, and the joints were exposed. Without intervention, it was probable that the driveway would have required replacement within three to four years. Smart Level repaired and levelled everything in a day and a half. Their one-man team was professional and thorough. Smart Level offered a lifetime guarantee-hopefully, I won't need it.

SmartLevel did a great job. I got estimates from two other companies before choosing them. One of them wasted several hours of my time trying to sell me services that were out of scope before telling me that it would be four months before they would level my porch. The sales guy from the other explained that my costs might double depending on how much foam was needed, and that there was no way to know until they started injecting foam. He further explained that this pricing strategy was practiced by all polyjacking companies but (according to him) he was too honest to not tell me upfront.

Smooth experience from start to finish! Ken was very informative as I had many questiions about the process, and life expenctancy of the product.The crew was prompt and very professional, kept me informed of what was being done. Very personable! A fun crew! They leveled areas, filled cracks and sealed, including sidewalks and porch. My driveway is not an eyesore any longer and definitely increases curb appeal. Smart Level Concrete leveled my driveway, sidewalk and steps a year ago. But when a small crack appeared in my drive and seemed to get worse, a representative came and promptly filled the crack. No questions asked and at no cost. I give Nancy who handled my call and Dâ  Andre who did the repair high marks for their customer service. Good people. Good company. Good warranty.

Our experience with Smart Level was 5 star from the initial meeting through the end of the repair process. They wanted to educate us about concrete and the options for repair which was informative, and helped us make a decision. The day of service, Chris called on arrival and asked us to walkthrough with him to be sure we were on the same page with repairs. To our surprise, he contacted us at the end of his repairs to do an inspection. What a pleasant experience, to find a company which values customer service! Highly recommend!!

Concrete lifting and leveling, crack reoair and joint sealing work appears to be top notch. Time will tell. The garage surface resealing process left much to be desired. A number of important steeps in the process were omotted. A power wash was the only surface prep done prior to resealing.

Smart Level Concrete did work for us last year and provided us a warranty for the work performed. Over the winter, we developed another crack in sidewalk the leveled. Smart Level came out to fix the new crack and made it stronger than previously. I would highly recommend Smart Level as we have had great experience during the initial repair and subsequent warranty repair. Great company!!
